The warranty time for main parts including motor,battery,frame and controller is two years.And we provide all kinds of parts for aftersale service.
What’s the delivery time?
The delivery time for bulk order is around 30 days since the day we confirm your deposit.
Can we get a sample before official order?
Yes,of course.We can send you some samples for testing.But the trade term would be EXW instead of FOB.
Do you accept OEM?
Yes,we accept OEM including color,logo and minor modifications.We can even change some of the configrations as long as you cover the cost.
